Grimco Inc. has acquired Alpha Image Technologies, Inc.
FEB 1, 2017 — Grimco Inc, a distributor of sign supplies, has announces its acquisition of Alpha Imaging Technologies, Inc., a distributor of equipment and supplies for the wide-format printing market. Alpha Imaging Technologies, Inc. is based out of Lowell, MA.
